For Christmas, Bogie found himself at the County Animal
Shelter. Why... he didn't know.
Bogie could not see very well. He had *Entropion in both
his eyes. Yesterday the Humane Society could not bear to
see him at the shelter any longer and got him surgery on
both his eyes and Vaccinations and Neutered. Already
today he was smiling and celebrating. He can see clearer
& his eyes don't hurt all the time now.
Please, Please DO NOT make him have to Go Back To the
Animal Shelter. The Humane Society does not yet have a
home nor a foster home for this big mellow guy. He is
65lbs, but Dr. Phil Lukert's team feels he should be
actually 80lbs. Bogie has been through a lot of
discomfort for years, now jail time, then surgery. He is
pleading not to go back to the shelter.
(*Entropion
- the eyelids turn inward toward the eyeball, instead of
outward. The hair on the affected lid continuously rubs
against the cornea. This can cause significant discomfort
and trauma to the cornea. Bogie is finally over it)
Bogie is
a Very Loving and Mellow Pointer & American Bull Terrier
Mix ??? He could fill out to be 80lbs, is now Neutered,
Fully Vaccinated, Healthy and More HAPPY Everyday.
Please forward this to all your animal friends. Reply to
the contacts below if you can help. His medical bills
will be covered by donations to the Humane Society.
"I've been at the Shelter since Christmas. Please,
Please, don't send me back. Please find me a home."

Sam is a miniature dachshund,
approx age 5-7, with special needs. He has a
degenerative joint condition that has made him unable to
walk, however Sam doesn't let that get him down. In the
house, he has figured out a way to get around by
wriggling his way across the room. He is housebroken and
a sling is used outside to assist him to stand to go to
the bathroom. Sam has a sweet disposition and gets along
very well with his 4-legged foster brother and sisters.
He loves human companionship and just sitting on your
lap makes him a very happy guy. Sam would benefit most
from a home environment without small children because
of his sensitive joints. Sam is looking for a family to
love and a forever home. Are you that special person? If
you are interested in Sam, please contact his foster
parents at
captainamerica56@gmail.com or call
404-576-9605.

Birth date is Jan 1, 2001. She's 55 to 60 lbs.
Shepherd Heeler Mix. Normally Faith has thick hair but
was shaved during the summer so her hair is still short now.
Almost 10yrs old. She is spayed.
She is current on
her vetting.
She is really a sweet loving girl but really loves
her toys and doesn't want to share with other dogs.
Faith went to
work with her owner, who was a dog trainer, years ago, so she is
well trained.
She loves people, does fine with kids. gets along
with other dogs, but is VERY greedy with toys, bones or food.
Not sure about cats but she ignores ferrets.
Faith also likes sleeping in her crate.
Faith loves attention, loves
to play and loves tennis ball.
